Cheesecake Fondue
1/2 c. half and half
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp lemon peel
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Dash nutmeg
Heat half and half to simmering. Add cream cheese in cubes. Stir until blended. Add sugar, lemons, and vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
