1/4 c. honey
2 T. coconut oil
1 t. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. rice krispies
1 c. old fashioned oats (ground up)
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. flax seeds
Other mix in ideas: dried chopped apricots, chopped up dates, craisins
