German Apple Cake

200 g butter, softened
200 g sugar
4 eggs
375 g flour
2 t baking powder
1 t lemon aroma
1 pinch salt
11/2 c-2c rehydrated raisins
4 peeled, diced apples

Bake at 325-350 for 50-60 minutes.
