Rosinen Kuchen (German Raisin Cake)

250 g Butter, softened
230 g Sugar
4 eggs
11/2 c. - 2c raisins (rehydrated by boiling in a little bit of water)
2-3 t. baking powder
1/2 c. water/milk
500 g flour
nuts and choc. chips (optional... but I like them)

Bake 55 min. at 350
1 c. flour=150 g
