Sweet and Tangy Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts
Equal Parts: Peach jam and salsa
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Mix jam, salsa, and soup mix together and pour over chicken in oven safe dish. Bake at 350 until done.

Mmmm...Super Yummy! I also make a version using Apricot Jam and a bottle of French Dressing with the Onion soup mix that is more like a sweet and sour chicken. I add pineapple at the end and then serve with rice.

The Sweet and Tangy was very good, refreshing, very fast and super easy! My kind of meal!
